Moyez has worked with international companies within the ICT, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Financial, Telecoms, Airline, and Manufacturing industries, to help them with developing and implementing innovative and transformative strategies to improve business performance, develop their human potential, enable agility, sustainability, growth, and innovation.

Moyez is a certified culture diagnostics and design thinking and sprint facilitator, with expertise in competency management and workforce data analytics. Moyez is also a cradle-to-cradle catalyst supporting circular economy business model innovation.

NADIA MUIJRERS

SOCIAL DESIGN, INNOVATION AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Nadia is a multidisciplinary consultant, lecturer, and certified emotional intelligence coach. She is the founder of Alphard Consulting, specialising in organisational behaviour and change, consumer insight, innovation and social entrepreneurship, and workshop facilitation. Nadia’s expertise lies at the intersection of business and the social sciences, having worked as an organisational change consultant, in business development and advisory, and investment banking in both London and Bahrain. She completed her MBA as a Fulbright Scholar, specialising in Culture, Organisations, and Social Innovation. She also holds an MPhil in International Development from the University of Cambridge.

Dr. Michael Zwell, Ph.D., is the CEO of Zwell International and Managing Director of the Human Emergence Group, as well as co-founder, Chancellor and Professor of Transformational Coaching at the Wright Graduate University for the Realization of Human Potential.

DENNIS STAUFFER

INNOVATION CULTURE AND PERSONAL INNOVATION

Dennis is the founder of Innovator Mindset LLC, co-developer of the Innovator Mindset assessment, and an expert in developing personal innovativeness and innovative leadership. He takes a rigorous research-based approach to measuring and developing the attributes of world-class innovators and innovative leaders. Dennis has done innovativeness research in cooperation with the Kauffman Foundation for entrepreneurship and under a grant from the U.S. National Science Foundation. One focus of that research has been the crucial role that a founder’s innovativeness plays in new venture success.
A member of the International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP), Dennis served on the committee tasked with developing ISO Innovation Management Standards.

DR. JULIO D. LOBO

SCIENCE AND INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

Dr. Julio D Lobo, Ph.D. M.B.A. has been engaged in science and innovation management for over 20 years. After receiving his Ph.D. at Caltech, Dr. Lobo worked as a specialist on analytical process equipment at ExxonMobil. Dr. Julio co-developed and patented a novel sensor that has since become standard at all XOM refineries, in addition to starting many other projects. At ABB he managed technology development and R&D teams in the US and in Switzerland, where he was selected to lead an executive-sponsored Innovation product for the Fiber Optic Current Sensor, a technology developed by scientists in his group, which received a Swiss Technology Award, and was runner-up for the Wall Street Journal Innovation award.

JEFF HIGGINS

HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYTICS

Jeff Higgins is the CEO of the Human Capital Management Institute, a driving force in Workforce analytics helping companies transform their HR data into intelligence via workforce planning and predictive analytics. With his unique experience as both a senior HR executive and former CFO, Jeff helps organizations rapidly advance their analytics and workforce-planning journey to unlock billions of dollars in workforce ROI. He has contributed to the successful implementation Human Capital Analytics resulting in substantial ROI for large multinational organisations in North America, Europe, and the Far East.
Jeff is a founding member of the Workforce Intelligence Consortium and a member of the ISO Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on human capital.

JOANNA POLLARD

ORGANISATION AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Joanna is an organisation development consultant and executive coach and is interested in supporting leaders, teams and organisations to become be the best they can be.   She works on the basis that sustainable change means working with the client to co-create effective solutions that are commercial and sustainable.   Her style is pragmatic, collaborative and creative, and underpinned by robust technical expertise. 
Typically, Joanna works with business leaders, shaping and leading organisational change.  Her focus is on the identification and nurturing of culture in support of the strategic agenda.  Key projects have included helping organisations rethink their customer service proposition and practice.    
Her work is informed has by  an executive background in the aviation industry, and  over  10 years consulting  across sectors including FMCG, transport, financial services, engineering , sport  and public bodies.
